被拒绝是一件很好的事
当你 interview for a job，你会知道10%的公司，但你不知道90%的公司。你会被拒绝，然后你会回家。为什么？因为你在一个地方不成功，你被拒绝了。但被拒绝，那是一件很好的事。
融入团队的重要性
When I'm hiring, I always look for people who can blend. Would they blend into the group I got? Would the group come to me later and say, "Alright, why did you do this to us?" Or would they come to me and say, "He is so wonderful"?
在团队中勇于承担责任
When you're part of a team or leader of a team and something's gone wrong, 你可以说："I have screwed up." Now everybody knows it ain't you, but 也许因为 you are just taking the responsibility，这是一件很重要的事情。
